A: Patient of about 70 years presents worn teeth and loss of papillae due to a progressive loss of periodontal support, in the absence of pockets and bleeding on probing. The lack of a harmonious smile line is evident, accentuated by the presence of unsightly “black triangles”.

B: in a single session 1.2, 1.1, 2.1 and 2.2 were treated with the BAIR Technique, obtaining the re-proportioning of the volumes of the teeth, a more harmonious smile line and the reappearance of the papillae.
